What is a measured survey in construction?

A measured survey is an accurate representation of your building showing all the structural elements and architectural features. These floor plans are essential to give an accurate representation of the building and this is backed up with elevations and cross-sections presented as scaled survey drawings. These must be Land Registry Compliant Plans if they are to be used for official land registry purposes. They can be produced for many purposes, including structural redevelopment, major refurbishment, space planning, and lease plans.

What is a Lease Survey/Plan?

A Lease Survey is a survey of a section of land or building in relation to the whole property. The survey measures the lease area which can be used to determine the Rental Value of the Land or Building under the terms of a Lease Agreement. This type of plan can only be completed by a Licensed Surveyor.
